1. The Service
AgentHiveX is an AI tools directory that lets users browse, compare, and review AI agents; submit new tool listings; read guides and news; and participate in community discussions. We provide information "as is" for discovery purposes. We are not affiliated with listed vendors unless explicitly stated.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
- Authentication is provided via Firebase (email/password or Google sign-in).
3. User Content
By submitting listings, reviews, posts, or comments, you:
- Grant AgentHiveX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the Service.
- Represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
- Agree not to post false, misleading, defamatory, spam, or malicious content.
- Understand that reviews should reflect genuine experience with listed tools.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any content at our sole discretion without notice.
4. Submissions & Listings
- Submitting a tool does not guarantee inclusion, approval, or featured placement.
- We review submissions manually. Approval timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
- You must accurately represent pricing, features, and ownership of submitted tools.
- Duplicate or low-quality submissions may be rejected.
5. Reviews & Community Posts
- Free accounts: Up to 3 reviews and 1 community post per rolling 24-hour period.
- Pro accounts: Unlimited reviews and posts while subscription is active.
- One review per tool per user. Attempts to manipulate ratings may result in account suspension.
- Reviews and posts are stored in our database and synced to Firebase Realtime Database for live display.
6. AgentHiveX Pro
- Pro is a paid subscription ($9/month unless otherwise stated) billed through Stripe.
- Benefits include unlimited reviews/posts, Pro profile badge, and priority submission review.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled via Stripe Customer Portal or account settings.
- Refunds are handled per Stripe policy and applicable law. Contact contact@agenthivex.com for billing disputes.
7. Advertising & Featured Placement
- Sponsored slots, premium listings, and advertise packages are separate paid services.
- Featured placement does not constitute an endorsement. Sponsored content is labeled accordingly.
- Advertising terms are governed by separate order confirmations and our Advertise page.
8. Rankings & Leaderboards
Rankings combine community reviews, GitHub stars, Hive Score, and editorial signals. Rankings are informational and may change without notice. We do not guarantee any specific ranking position.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Listings link to external websites and products. We are not responsible for third-party terms, privacy practices, availability, or performance. Use listed tools at your own risk and perform due diligence before production use.
10. Intellectual Property
AgentHiveX branding, site design, curated content, and original guides are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not scrape, copy, or resell our directory data without written permission. Tool logos and names belong to their respective owners.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LISTINGS, REVIEWS, OR RATINGS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTHIVEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify AgentHiveX against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these terms or third-party rights.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of our operating entity, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
15. Changes
We may modify these terms. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
