Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Open Manage billing from your profile or the pricing page to reach the Stripe Customer Portal. You keep Pro until the end of your paid period.
What payment methods are accepted?
Stripe Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may appear depending on your device and region.
Is Pro required to list my AI product?
No. Directory listings are always free via Submit. Pro is for power users who want unlimited reviews, community posts, and faster submission review.
What happens to my reviews if I downgrade?
Reviews you already published stay on tool pages. Free accounts can only add new reviews up to the 5-review limit.
Is billing handled on agenthivex.com?
Checkout and card storage are handled securely by Stripe. AgentHiveX never stores your payment details.
